Banana Split Salad
- 2 - 8-oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 20 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 quart fresh strawberries, topped and quartered or
- 16 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed
- 2 firm bananas, chopped
- 12 oz. frozen whipping topping, thawed
- 1 c. walnuts, chopped
- 1 c. coconut
- Chocolate syrup (no carob, go for the real thing!)
In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar. Stir in pineapple, strawberries, and bananas. Fold in whipped topping, nuts, and coconut.
Spread in a 13 x 9 pan. Cover and freeze at least 3 hours. Remove from freezer 1/2 hour before serving. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
