Two pots, one of earthenware and one of brass, were standing together on the riverbank, and were swept away by the current. The earthenware pot looked very uneasy in case it should be broken, but the brass pot told him not to worry as he would take care of him. "Oh," cried the other pot, "please keep as far away from me as you can. It is you I am afraid of! For whether the current knocks me against you or you against me, I shall be the one to break, so please do not let us come near to one another." MORAL: Choose your association wisely.
